Ten Commandments of wine drinkers
- Never drink wine on an empty stomach! Never drink wine on comfit!
- Use all your senses while tasting wine: admire the colour, enjoy the taste, the flavour, vinosity, the scent and the clinking of glasses!
- Take heed to wine temperature: 9-11°C for white wines, 16-20°C for red wines.
- Open bottled wine properly and when opening the bottle wipe its neck with a clean cloth!
- Don not bear false witness against any vineyard and do not praise your own wine.
- Drink wine slowly, nip it!
- Do not mix quality wine with water!
- Be moderate when drinking wine!
- Wine tastes better if you eat something with!
- Always think for a moment of the hard work done for one glass of wine!
