Public port of the steamship company. Two passanger ships can stay alongside on the two sides of the molo head. On the west side of the pier and at the quay lying west there are 30 berths for guests. These guest boats must drop anchor and stay ster-to or bow-to.

At private port, there are only 8 mooring buoys. The port does not welcome guests, but provides place of refuge. The port does not have an own entrance, it is completely open to the south. The basin is protected by the mole of BH from the east, and the breakwater of the intake works form the west.

There is common entrance with the port of TVSK. Well protected port basin, although the waves raised by the southern and southwestern winds may have effects inside.

 

TVSK Alsóőrs

 

Opening hours: 15.03. - 01.12.

 

Apart from the 71 standard berths of the yacht sportsclub, there are 4 guest berths in the curve of the western breakwater. The entrance is common with the port of ELMŰ. Although the port is open to the southeast, it provides sufficient protection except for the eastern wind.

The KDT barges stay in the outer basin, where guest boats can also find berthing places by the quay. The port side of the 30 m wide leading shipping channel is reedy, while the starboard side has artificial protection.

There is enough room for 80 boats at the short jetties built along the quays, for the yachts of the club members. The club harbour does'nt welcome guests. The port side of the 30 m wide leading channel is reedy, while the starboard side has artificial protection. Well protected port in all weather conditions.
